         We are happy to offer a 7 days Return or Exchange policy from the date of delivery of your order for unused and unworn items.

         To be eligible for Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed and which have been handed over to the delivery service provider.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that have obtained on special occasions and festivals like Rakhi, Christmas, Diwali or Valentine’s Day etc. These are seasonal and limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • No cancellations in part or full shall be entertained for those products that have been ordered and availing special promotions, discounts offers, gift certificates and coupons.

 

Replacement or Exchange Policy

  • There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order.
  • We will replace the product provided we have a replacement in stock at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.

  • Customer should usually inspect and refuse to accept the shipment If they find that the package has been opened or tampered with.
  • In case the product, which is to be replaced, is not in stock, then the customer will be offered the choice of a similar product with little or no difference in price. If customer refuses the replacement offer, then a refund may be initiated once the product is returned back to us in unused condition.
  • The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

 

Kindly note that we will inspect the item before refund / exchange and it will take place only under the following conditions

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in the original box with our invoice.
  • The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage.
  • If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won't be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery or attempted delivery.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • Any cost towards packaging, insurance or freight towards returning the merchandise to us will be borne by the Customer
  • Customer must obtain Returns authorization from our Customer Service Team before the product is sent back and it will be accepted only at designated address provided by the Customer Service agent.
  • We will notify the customer once the returned product has be received by us and upon inspection of the package / product our customer service agents will decide further course of action which will be binding on the Customer.

 

Refund Policy

        Refunds shall be processed once the products have been received back at our designated location in unused condition with the tags intact. Usually, it takes 10-15 days for refunds to reflect in your bank account.

 

Steps to follow to exchange / refund the product

  • To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice.
  • Contact our customer care and we will authorize the return.
  • We will arrange a return shipment for you only in case of manufacturing defects / wrong product received. Please note that we will arrange for return pick up from the original delivered address only.
  • In case of any other issues like size issues, colour issues, product not liked, etc. you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse, we will not arrange any reverse pickup in these issues.
