Shipping method:

We offer shipping only within India. Orders within India are shipped & delivered within 2-10 working days. Delivery time may exceed depending on the locations and availability of the piece. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Delay in Delivery due to COVID-19:

We would like to inform you that there can be a delay in the delivery of your shipment due to Corona virus. Our Logistics partners are also trying their best to cope with the situation. Though we will attempt to deliver it in 2-10 working days some of the deliveries might take more than the usual number of days.

Shipping charges:

A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 75/- will be applied to all Prepaid orders below Rs. 1,500/- and a Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 165/- will be applied to all COD orders.

Order cut-off times:

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch & deliver all orders within 2-10 working days with the exception of Indian public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

Redirect orders:

We are unable to redirect orders once the products have been dispatched. All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.

Shipping to multiple addresses:

Currently each product can be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship the products to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders.

Delivery time:

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 10 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through the following reputed courier agencies.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Packaging is tampered:

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer support on 7045411414 / 02266758692 or email us at mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. If however, after taking receipt of the delivery if you observe packaging is tampered or damaged, we will be unable to replace the same.
