Shipping Policy

We offer shipping only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers.

• FedEx
• Blue Dart
• Sequel

Delivery of all orders will be to registered shipping address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 75/- will be applied to all Prepaid orders.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before the product is shipped from our warehouse.

Unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, regulatory clearances, etc., your order should usually reach you with 3-4 working days for Metros and Major cities in India. Other cities / areas may take a while longer..

Please inspect the package contents thoroughly before accepting the package from the courier in case you notice any damage or tampering of the package, and inform us immediately about the same.

Local levies, local body taxes or similar if any will be borne by the buyer.

We will pro-actively contact you if there is a delay or any issue related to your order through email or at the contact number you have provided.
